Tackling Hate Crime in Hendon

GET OUR FAIR SHARE OF EXTRA POLICE TO TACKLE HATE CRIME IN HENDON

Hate crime is soaring across London. Faith-based hate has doubled. Anti-muslim hatred is soaring. Anti-semitism has tripled in the last twelve months alone.

We've even seen anti-semitic incidents right here in Hendon, outside of Jewish charities. Residents don't feel safe.

The Government has fulfilled its election promise and recruited 20,000 new police officers nationally, with over 3,000 of them in London.

But Sadiq Khan seems more interested in having them police Central London than in Barnet to tackle the appalling rise in faith-based hate crime we are seeing.

That’s why we need to send the Mayor a clear message.

I want our police to take a harder stance against hate crimes. And I want Hendon to have its fair share of extra police so we can tackle crime locally.
